The test was "temporarily" disabled back in 2016 with commit
"Testsuite: Priority inheritance tests are temporarily bypassed for
control scheduler"
The test still does not pass today and hasn't passed since the work done
on the control scheduler in 2015. Note: the default scheduler (priority
scheduler) is unaffected by this issue.
