    Rotation Platform code for the ARP configuration with specific head and only yaw stepper going at costant speed.
    It is another entrypoint for safety reasons. Such that the GS operator can observe is not ARP entrypoint.
    It has the Actuators and PinHandler specific classes, while Leds is taken from Automated
    The control is done via the command box and the actuation to the only stepper (yaw)
