Valve Control: disable the Shortcuts when the user is writing in fields

Description

When the valve control pane is open, when the user write text the button are highlighted as if the user activated the shortcut.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a layout with a Valve Control pane and a Plot pane
2. Configure the plot and enable the editing of a numerical setting
3. Write a number generally tied to a shortcut for opening a valve
4. You should see the wrong behavior

Expected Behavior

The valve control pane should not have the shortcut enabled when I write text in a field.

Actual Behavior

When I write text in a field and I have the valve control pane present a number generally tied to opening a valve control, is added and, at the same time, triggers the opening of the valve control associated with it.
