Plots: controls are not clear

Make clear the mouse controls to the end user, like middle click, left or panning with shift pressed down.

Context

When the user pans on a plot and then wants to go back, the use of the middle click may not be intuitive nor immediate, having a visual clue could easily accelerate adoption.

Expected Outcome

The controls normally enabled by egui-plots should be made clearer to the end-user.
