This class is derived from the ActiveObject class and is supposed
to be used as a template class to help schedule valves.
The functions UpdateNextActionTs() and updatePosition() are supposed to be
overridden since their behaviour is specific to the system using them.

I also deleted an enum that was not used in the
ND015A file

Copied the same changes made in teh ND015A files

fixed the init function, it now storesthe recieved data in a struct
and compares the appropriated bytes to a string containing the sensor model

the SPIDataIn and SPIDataOut varaibles are now
declared in the sampleimpl function rather than as
a member variable

Set up the ND015X class and the required methods.
Implemented the setOutputDataRate and setFullScaleRange
methods.

Behavior of the read function when the requested size if larger than the internal queue length has been specified.

The following sensor's drivers have been updated:
* bmx160
* l3gd20
* lsm6dsrx

The missing template argument was causing a linking error, with multiple definitions generated.

Since the C++ standard was never set, some libraries such as libfmt were compiled as C++11, while others like eigen were compiled as C++17.

The `sbs.cmake` script was included too early, which caused `enable_language()` to be called before the call to project(), which is illegal by CMake specification.

Some deprecated options have been updated to the corresponding new ones.
Some missing rules were added to fix inconsistencies in the code formatting:
* Add new line ad EOF and trim additional ones
* Trim empty lines at beginning of blocks
* Allow brace-less single line if/else/for/while statements
* Align pointer/reference to the type
