[config] Adding configuration file instead of passing lots of arguments

A possible way to reduce the increased complexity in the parameters that can be given to the serial-analyzer, a CSV configuration file could be used instead.

This would increase the code complexity and arguments (what a plot twist), but it might be useful to use certain configurations like all emulation, all ethernet with certain ports, all serial with other ones.
