Ethernet

Added UDP ethernet communication with the simulator. This is needed since the simulator might have improvements from an Ethernet communication in usability, since then the UDP Ethernet configurations can be fixed and OS-dependent.

Testing

Moreover, using Ethernet allows to test the split of the send-receive blocks in different subsystems since Simulink does not allow send-receive in different subsystems for serial communication.
