[asd-data-sensitivity] Added support for extracting alpha, beta, and altitude for fixed Mach values

[asd-data-sensitivity] For each fixed Mach value alpha and beta are assigned as the maximum values within the bin (Mach - 0.05, Mach]. Altitude is assigned as the minimum value within the same bin. This is done to capture the worst-case conditions for the structural analysis of the rocket's fins.
