Update sensor_plot.m function

The sensor_plot.m function had some undocumented plots. Now it's been updated to include comparison between simulated real and sensor data. This has been done in order to evaluate the effect of noise on the sensor measurements and to enable checks on correct behaviour of the sensors (and correlated dynamics data)
