Ada majority voting development

Three instances of the ADA algorithm are implemented and a logic for majority voting has been added to help with redundancy. Through Montecarlo simulations, the resilience of the implementation to barometers has been tested and the delay from previous implementation of run_ADA has been evaluated to be minimal. The possibility to still run the previous run_ADA function has been granted, in order to enable testing and comparison of the two versions
