[ARP] SMA added ARM_READY state for no-feedback

Nicolò Caruso requested to merge arp-sma-upd into automated-antennas

SMA: Added the ARM_READY state state_arm_ready which is reached after the fix antennas from the insert_info state. This make possible to avoid directly arming from the insert_info state.
