Since this is a fork of hermes, we have to clean up some stuff:
- remove bindelivery folder
- modify README
- rename src/boards/deathstack in src/modules
- remove unused modules (Can and Ignition)
- update the includes inside the test/ folder to be independent
from the DeathStack folder
