[Registry-Frontend] Registry front end interface class for saving the configurations

Registry frontend class for saving the configurations. Using safe and unsafe method get/set of the configurations entries. Its functionality consists in keeping the software configurations sent from the GS to the rocket and use the underlying backend module.

The implementation phase is finished, now in code-review phase.
