[OutgoingMessagesViewer] Updated widget graphics and functionalities

Improovements:

• Fix the timestamp
• Automatically update the rows count
• Add option to show elapsed time for each command
• Fix crash when this module is added or removed while receiving commands
• Fix dark background in white mode
• Prevent cells from being edited
