[GS] Added de-activate in PinHandler, Leds time and SMA fixes

Now the switch on the command box that does the active also when put low make the SMA return to armed.
Possible fix on timing of the de-arm switch with different PinHandler configuration.
Fixes on the leds with more obvious blinking timings and SMA now also disabling the blink when returning to arm from the active procedure.
