[arp-actuators-enable-fix] Moving steppers enable to arm method, adding disarm method
Now the enable of the steppers is not done at start() but instead is triggered via arm() method. Also, now the SMController does trigger the arm() and disarm() methods in the macro-states with or without feedback.
