[ARP] Update SMA with no_feedback correct behavior & SET_MULTIPLIER from Mavlink
- updated boardcore dependency to track lyra refactor (bleeding edge Mavlink version)
- and added a new mavlink message (to set stepper multiplier using Mavlink)
- updated stepper multipliers: they are now settable, and needed during the INSERT_INFO state to reach ARM_READY along antenna coordinates setting
- update ACTIVE_NF to correct logic: now use the internal angle of the stepper as the absolute posizion of ARP (without VN300 correction)
Update: currently waiting on Mavlink branch lyra-refactor
to land on main (and issues to be fixed). At the moment this branch hosts a temporary fix to avoid compilation errors.
