[USART] defaults, non-blocking read and documentation

- adding the set of the parameters with default values
- enabling of transmission, reception and interrupts in the initialization method
- the read now doesn't hold if there is no transmission (so, also if there is no device attached to that port)
- added documentation
- improved test
- removed "readFast" function
