[UBXGPSSpi] Removed unnecessary sleep calls in UBXGPSSpi.cpp

Before merging I think it is better to wait that @angelo.prete checks on the datastheet the csHoldTime and csSetupTime so we can set them up correctly in the deafaultSPIConfig
