Ui resizing fixes (#3) 

* About dialog: Window can now be resized. Content fills the whole window.

* About dialog: Marked the license text as read-only.

* Merge dialog: Made the merge dialog resizeable.

* Settings dialog: Made the outer layout resizeable.

* Settings dialog: Made the Advanced page resizeable.

* Settings dialog: Made the Server page resizeable.

* Settings dialog: Made the Search page resizeable.

* Settings dialog: Made the appearance page resizeable.

* Settings dialog: resized dialog to be small by default

* Logger widget: Improved resizing behaviour.
The log level overview table now uses all available horizontal space in the left panel.

* Settings dialog: Fixed tabulator order

* Settings dialog: Added buddy relationship for all labels.
