Finish dsgamma-test

Add config.h configuration header with various constants.
Add a circular buffer with fixed dimension in Gamma868.cpp and 
make send() non-blocking: data is put in the buffer and read in a second moment.
Add a start() method which starts the thread that continuously looks in the buffer
and sends what it founds
