[vn100] first group sampling implementation: 

 - Added Quaternion sampling
 - Added Magnetometer sampling
 - Added Accelerometer sampling
 - Added Gyroscope sampling

Reported bug to be fixed:
At the default baud rate self test fails due to junk in serial file
