[esf] Solved an ugly bug :), figures handles were messed up because the drop down menu automatically changes the order when selecting figures

[fixes][utilities] Added import settings button. Now both save settings and export functions open a dialog window in which choose the folder

[documentation] GitLab Flavored Markdown (GLFM) does not support the [!ALERT] syntax. Used HTML instead
