[benchmark][speed] Implemented new function to check classes speed for dependent and non-dependent properties

Config files now create an istance of their respective class.
This enables auto-completion and hard errors when trying to write to an unknown field

Current config management functions are outdated and will be removed in the last stages of the refactoring
