[documentation] GitLab Flavored Markdown (GLFM) does not support the [!ALERT] syntax. Used HTML instead

- Included in this repo also the data end the configs of all the missions
- Renamed missions so that the year is in the first part
- Common functions moved in the 'functions' folder
