    - Added a CMD13 to fix the illegal state after a CMD12 sent by mistake
- Switched Thread::yield to IRQenableIrqAndWait to wait for interrupts
- Now waitForCardReady has a faster and less intrusive implementation
- SDIO_STA_STBITERR can be disabled since on some boards it is marked as reserved
- Ability to keep card selected to get a little boost in performance and reduce overhead
