Fix for failing Log namespaces filter

Choosing Log Namespace filter it was thowing up error
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith'.
Added check for None type for name

Why did I put the resources.py blob-file into the repo?
Why did I not exclude the resources folder from the built wheel?
I guess we'll never know.

Making the code Not Garbage, one commit at a time.

You can now merge multiple tabs and keep their connections alive.
Also removed a bunch of redundant stuff on the backend and made lots of
things much better. Surely no bugs will come from that?

I added some minor boilerplate for Python 3.5 compatibility, as well as
compatibility with Qt versions below 5.6 (which don't have high DPI
support).

Forces all connections into one tab.
Useful for when you're restarting one program often and don't want
to switch (and merge) tabs after every restart.
