Merge branch 'sensor_sampling' into 'testing'

[SM] implementation of the SensorManager component

* [x]  New component that dynamically creates sensor samplers when sensors are added to it, in order to simplify sensors management
* [x]  Keep a callback for each sensor (instead of a callback for each sampler)
