[msa-refactoring][class] Updated Classes

Changelog:
- Updated Component:
    - now loadConfig can load from a variable as second
    argument, in case variables are already loaded.
    - added getConfigVariables: grants the ability to save all variables
    found in a config file
- Updatet Rocket:
    - Rocket can now initialize its bays
